TRAINING: Kapap Level 1 Overview
2 January 2010
TRAINING: Kapap Level 1 Overview While a less recognizable name than Krav Maga, Kapap is arguably the most advanced fighting system of the Israeli Special Forces. Having trained with Kapap's top dog, Major Avi Nardia, Boxer Rebellion now offers certification in this lethal martial art.

Kapap is an acronym for Krav Panim el Panim, translated from Hebrew as "face to face combat.” First developed for the Israeli Special Forces, Kapap has evolved into a holistic martial arts curriculum taught around the world. The principal expert of modern Kapap is Major Avi Nardia, arguably one of the world’s most dangerous men, and a sensei in the truest, most traditional sense.

                Major Avi Nardia
